I am a designer, creator, artist…and I really want to leave this planet better than I found it.

I created Verdiant to be able to bring a wide array of skills I’ve gained over 25 years to organizations that want to grow. Through Verdiant, I founded the 4th Path, a new way of creating the workforce of the future, powered by The FGap.

In addition to a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Florida State University, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a SCRUM Master and I earned my certificate in Sustainable Value Creation from Villanova University’s Sustainable Enterprise Executive Education & Development Program in January of 2024.

I’ve worked in theatre production. I’ve played in bands. I’ve done startups and worked my way up in corporate America and left while I still had the time and energy (and soul) to do more. I have expertise in Agile, Data Science, ESG, Metrics, Operations, Sales, Training, Talent Development, and Non-Profit Management.

I reside in South Florida with my wife, published poet and author Stacie M. Kiner.
